I booked a ride at 4am, the driver was there at 408am. A little late but acceptable. The dispatcher then calls me to tell me he took $15 of the bill which I greatly appreciated. Driver was nice and car was clean. The lateness took off one star but everything else made up for that. I will book them on the way home a
Unique taxi company unlike any other. My drivers are friendly and GPS is built into vehicles. Very efficient
The driver Aaron was awesome!!! Very charismatic! Made a 20 minute ride feel like it was 5 minutes
They keep their word when they say they'll come! On time. Clean and respectful to my family and I. My driver John was even early and had my luggage in the car when others works have simply pushed the trunk button. All in all great service and cheap prices to go to the airport (they charged $65 each way to JFK and $75 to go to LaGuardia or Islip) and usually do better than other cabs around town!
I have called every other cab on long island and none are as good as Merrick taxi and airport service. David my driver went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed the ride which I did and I'll be telling ask my friends and family about this fine taxi company!
